By accessing and using RepFuel ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities & Recording Laws

Important: Compliance with Recording Laws

You acknowledge that the Service allows you to record audio conversations.It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the recording of conversations.

In the United States, laws regarding recording conversations vary by state. Some states require the consent of all parties ("Two-Party Consent"), while others require only the consent of one party ("One-Party Consent").

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained all necessary consents from all participants in the conversation prior to recording.
  • You will not use the Service to record conversations in violation of any law.
  • You will clearly disclose to all participants that the conversation is being recorded and analyzed by AI.

3. Use of AI Analysis

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transcribe and analyze audio recordings. You understand that AI analysis may not be 100% accurate and should be used as a coaching tool, not as a definitive record of fact.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment, stalking, or threatening others.
  • Recording conversations where you are not a participant (eavesdropping).
  • Collecting sensitive personal information (PHI, SSNs, credit card numbers) in violation of privacy regulations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RepFuel disclaims all liabilities regarding your compliance with recording laws. We do not provide legal advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any lawsuits filed there against you by RepFuel arising from these Terms or the Service.
